On March 24, 2020, staff attorney Jackie Schweichler will be providing a presentation at the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Pesticide Advisory Board Meeting. Jackie will be speaking as the Program Coordinator of the Pennsylvania Agricultural Mediation Program. She will discuss how pesticide applicators can take advantage of mediation as a dispute resolution tool in non-target pesticide application conflicts.
