This year’s WeConservePA Conference will be held online from March 24-26, 2021. Staff attorney Brook Duer will be presenting at this conference alongside Thomas Murphy, director of the Penn State Marcellus Center for Outreach and Research. In their presentation, Utility Scale Solar Development in PA –What are the Implications on Conserved Land, Present and Future, they will discuss utility scale solar projects and the implications of the energy transition in Pennsylvania.
