On June 6, 2023, the Center for Food Safety and two other advocacy groups filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia seeking injunctive and declaratory relief against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) registration decision for Enlist One and Enlist Duo.
