On February 10, 2022, staff attorney Brook Duer will join Sarah Cornelisse and Ginger Fenton in a virtual Penn State Extension webinar on dairy. The webinar is entitled “Liability Issues for the Value-Added Dairy Foods Processor.”
The Penn State Extension Description is as follows:
“Value-added dairy foods processors have numerous diversification options available to choose from, yet each is accompanied by liability issues to be aware of and effectively manage. The Liability Issues for the Value-Added Dairy Foods Processor event will address liability concerns associated with fluid raw milk sales, direct-to-consumer product shipping, and agritourism activities hosted at the processing facility location.”
