On February 2, 2022, Jackie Schweichler will present at the Mid-Atlantic Fruit & Vegetable Convention in Hershey, Pennsylvania. At the Convention, Jackie will provide two presentations. The first presentation, “Legal Liability Risks from Business Invitees on the Farm,” is provided as part of the Center’s work with the Pennsylvania Specialty Crop Block Grant. The second presentation, “Legal Considerations for Agritourism” is part of the Convention’s “Agritourism” track.
