On November 9, 2021, the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance will be hosting an event to help farmers and landowners better understand Pennsylvania’s new Agritourism Protection Act. Brook Duer will lead the discussion and explain how the law will affect specific operations and how it will work with other laws. In addition to the Center for Agricultural and Shale Law, partners to this presentation include Berks Agricultural Resource Network, the Berk County Department of Agriculture, and Penn State Extension.
