On November 10, 2021, Brook Duer will join a panel hosted by Penn State Extension to discuss the current status of carbon markets in Pennsylvania. In addition to Brook Duer, this panel includes Dr. Siobhan Fathel and Dr. Melissa Kreye. There will be time set aside following the discussion to allow for questions.
