On November 3, 2020, Jackie Schweichler facilitated a mediation through the Pennsylvania Agricultural Mediation Program. The PA Agricultural Mediation Program provides agricultural producers and their lenders the opportunity to find a resolution with the help of a trained impartial mediator. STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & PROFESSIONAL MEETINGS
On November 19, 2020, Center staff attended Pennsylvania Bar Association section meetings, for the Environmental and Energy Law Section and the Agricultural Law Section.
On November 18, 2020, Center staff attended a webinar hosted by the National Agricultural Law Association titled, A Year in Review: Top Ten Ag Law Developments of 2020. Presenters for this webinar included Harrison Pittman and Brigit Rollins.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
On November 6, 2020, in an article relating to Environmental Protection Agency policy changes affecting pesticides, Progressive Farmer quoted staff attorney Brook Duer. The article, EPA, States Clash Over Pesticides, explains the new EPA requirement that states must follow in order to restrict dicamba or other federal pesticides.
