Municipal Regulation: Boulder County Approves Temporary Moratorium on New Oil and Gas Development Applications
On June 28, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved Resolution 2019-59 (Resolution), issuing a temporary moratorium on new oil and gas development applications and seismic testing in Boulder County, Colorado, according to the county’s press release.
