The following materials represent various documents relating to the Wyoming DEQ’s Pavillion, Wyoming groundwater quality investigation. Where possible, the Center has provided viewable copies of these documents. Nevertheless, it may be necessary to access some of these materials through the Wyoming DEQ online research database.
Final Pavillion, Wyoming Gas Field Domestic Water Wells Report on Recommendations for Further Investigation (Dec. 23, 2019) (this report was prepared as a response to two of ten recommendations presented in Wyoming DEQ’s 2016 Final Report, including 1) bacteria collection and analysis, and 2) evaluation of organic chemical detection limits. The Wyoming Oil & Gas Conservation Commission will analyze the remaining recommendations.)
Pavillion, Wyoming Area Domestic Water Wells Final Report and Palatability Study and Tables (Nov. 7, 2016) (Wyoming DEQ concluded, “The likelihood that the hydraulic fracture well stimulation treatments … employed in the Pavillion Gas Field have led to fluids interacting with shallow groundwater is negligible.”)
