- Jury Verdict (Mar. 10, 2016) (the jury reached a verdict holding Defendant responsible for water contamination in Dimock Township and directed Defendant to pay a total of $4.25 million to Plaintiffs covering property and private nuisance damages)
- Memorandum Opinion & Order (Mar. 31, 2017) (the Court denied Defendant’s motion for judgment as a matter of law though it agreed that the substantial weakness of this case undermined the verdict of the jury; thus, the Court set aside the verdict and agreed to a new trial)
