Brook Duer Joins Presentation with the Philadelphia Society for Promoting Agriculture

On June 2, 2022, Brook Duer joined the Philadelphia Society for Promoting Agriculture for a presentation on farm infrastructure. The presentation, Sustaining Farm Infrastructure: Financial Management and Taxes, Lending, Regulations and Zoning, was held virtually on Zoom at 1:00pm.

“Assuring that assets related to the farm infrastructure remain vibrant no matter how the farm is used…dairy, poultry, cropping, vegetables, livestock, or equine and whether full-time, part-time, or hobby farming…requires that the owner pay attention to key issues such as financial management, taxes, lending, regulations, and zoning requires an attention to detail and often assistance from financial professionals. This program asks an ag lender, an ag insurance specialist, and an ag lawyer about the three most important questions for farm owners regarding the aspects of farm infrastructure management.”
