On March 17, 2022, Penn State Extension will kick off their Solar Series with the presentation, “Solar Series: Managing Grid Scale Solar Development in PA.” Staff Attorney Brook Duer will join Thomas Murphy, Director of the Penn State Marcellus Center for Outreach and Research for this first session.
