On January 19, 2023, Staff Attorney Jackie Schweichler will present at the Pennsylvania Agronomic Education Society Annual Conference in Boalsburg, PA. At the conference, Jackie will present alongside EmmaRose Strohl of Barley Snyder and their presentation is entitled, “Catch My Drift? Nuances of Right to Farm Laws, with a Focus on Drift.”

This 2-day event will provide continuing education opportunities for our agronomic specialists across the Mid-Atlantic. There are 20 total sessions to attend that offer Certified Crop Advisor, Act 38 Nutrient Management, and PA Pesticide (Category 1 and 18) credits. Representatives from the public and private sectors will present information on many current agricultural topics in the Mid-Atlantic region.
