From the SBDC website event page:

This webinar will review some essential local government legal considerations in the start-up and/or operation of a retail farm market, including zoning, uniform construction code, and other common municipal government issues. We’ll also review the licensing required by state law to operate a retail food store. Lastly, time permitting, we’ll cover some insurance basics unique to conducting food sales.
