On October 15, 2021, staff attorney Brook Duer will join Pasa Sustainable Agriculture for their webinar, “Listening Session: Agritainment Liability.” Brook will provide an overview of Pennsylvania’s new Agritourism Activity Protection Act.  Following this introduction, the discussion will open to a group of panelists who will review the bill from farming, legal, and tourism perspectives.
