On November 16, 2022, at 12:00pm (ET), the Penn State Center for Energy Law and Policy alongside Penn State Extension will host the 2nd Annual Solar Law Symposium.
Interested Pennsylvania attorneys can receive up to 4 hours of substantive CLE credits for attending each hour of the symposium.
Registration can be found on the Penn State Extension event page. See the event description at the link or below:
The Solar Law Symposium is geared for both beginning and intermediate levels of knowledge about photovoltaic electrical generation for the grid. It is designed to build upon the information presented in last year’s Solar Law Symposium, but it also includes an introductory session that will allow newcomers to meaningfully participate.
Upon completion, an attorney, government professional, educator, or other interested attendee will have a broad understanding of the legal facets of the proliferation of utility-scale solar development project proposals in Pennsylvania, as well as a sense of how development is likely to progress in coming years.
Registration w/ CLE Credits – $119
Registration w/out credits – $69
