On October 18, 2022, Brook Duer joined the 2022 Northeast Certification Training Meeting to provide a presentation on Litigation Issues Surrounding Pesticide Use. The meeting was held as part of a collaboration between the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Bureau of Plant Industries, Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences Pesticide Education Program, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
