The Penn State Center for Agricultural and Shale Law (“Ag Law Center”) conducts research and educational programs on agricultural and energy law topics. PRESENTATIONS & PROGRAMS On September 9, 2020, Brook Duer gave a presentation as part of Penn State Extension’s solar leasing webinar series.
