On July 22, 2022, from 12 noon – 1:00 ET, the Penn State Center for Agricultural and Shale Law, alongside the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Business Development Center will present the next webinar in our new educational series, “Understanding Agricultural Law.” This fourth session in our series is entitled, “Understanding the Basics of Statutory Protections for Agricultural Operations.” Pennsylvania has several statutes that provide various protections to agricultural operations and rural landowners. This webinar will address the Pennsylvania Right to Farm Act, the Agricultural Area Security Act, Clean and Green, and ACRE’s municipal ordinance review.
1 hour of substantive CLE credit available for Pennsylvania licensed attorneys at no charge. To receive this credit, attorneys must complete a CLE form which will be provided during the webinar.
