On May 4–7, 2025, the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) will host its 2025 Annual Educational Conference and Exhibit Show in-person at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, Pennsylvania. 

On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 8:00–9:15am, Center Staff Attorney Brook Duer will present “ACRE 101,” discussing Pennsylvania’s “Agriculture, Communities and Rural Environment Act,” also known as Act 38.
