On April 26–28, 2026, the Pennsylvania Oil & Gas Landowner Alliance (POGLA) will hold its 13th Annual Conference, “Fuel for the Future: Empowering Landowners for Generations,” at the Wyndham Garden State College.  

On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 1:00–2:00pm, Center Director Ross Pifer will present an update on oil and gas case law as part of the conference.
