On Tuesday and Wednesday October 28–29, 2025, West Virginia University (WVU) and WVU Extension will host the 2025 Mid-Atlantic Agricultural and Resource Law Conference, co-sponsored by Penn State Center for Agricultural and Shale Law.

Tentative Schedule
October 28: Evening social and bonus continuing legal education (CLE) session
October 29: A full day of continuing legal education, including heirs property, land use and solar development

- $125 – Attendees who are NOT staying the night of October 28 at the National Conservation Training Center
- $100 – Attendees who ARE staying the night of October 28 at the National Conservation Training Center
- $50 – Students at accredited universities or colleges of law
